Wine cellar
We have chosen our wine cellar to be simple and representative of our production. The special climate and ground of Santorini have given a remarkable wine production, aiming to give the most "dynamic" variety of grapes in Greece, Asyrtiko. Santorini's wines have become famous all around the world during the last years. White asyrtiko, sweet visanto and red Mavrotragano, which, although has a long history in the island, it became known just recently. Some experiments in joining Adani wine with Asyrtiko, have given very good results. We have enriched our menu with some special Greek wines. "KTIMA GAIA" is an awarded Greek wine, an important effort of a local producer. This is the reason we have chosen to include it to our menu, in magnum size.
